License to Alter (LTA) For apartment refurbishments, we manage the technical submissions to Building Management and Freeholders to secure your permission to build.
Party Wall Agreements We coordinate with surveyors to manage the legal rights and protections of your neighbors, ensuring relationships remain positive throughout the build.

The Technical Design (The "Interior Skeleton")

M&E Coordination Integrating air conditioning, underfloor heating, and smart-home wiring so they don't clash with structural beams or aesthetic finishes.
Joinery Workshop Drawings Our in-house joinery team creates millimetre-perfect 3D models of your wardrobes, kitchens, and wall panelling for your final approval.

Procurement & Long-Lead Planning

Material Sourcing We secure your finishes months in advance to ensure the project never stalls.
