Stage 3
Technical Design & Coordination
The Goal To create the "Blueprint for Perfection."
Our Action We move into detailed 2D/3D technical packs. This is where we coordinate the Void Management (Ceilings/MEP) and specify the Acoustic and Fire-Safety requirements for our Walls & Doors divisions.
Result A "For Construction" pack with zero service clashes.
Stage 4
Procurement & Off-Site Fabrication
The Goal To gain time and control quality.
Our Action While site prep begins, our Bespoke Joinery workshop starts fabricating your signature elements. We procure our independent furniture and long-lead technical materials to ensure no "supply chain surprises."
Result Millimetre-perfect joinery ready for site arrival.
Stage 5
The Build Phase (The Power of In-House)
The Goal Safe, clean, and rapid execution.
Our Action This is where our specialist divisions—Floors, Walls, Ceilings, and Doors—take the lead. Managed by a dedicated Bell Build Project Manager, our in-house teams work in total sync, eliminating the "interface gaps" that cause delays.

Stage 6
Commissioning & Compliance
The Goal To prove performance.
Our Action Our Fire Protection division finalizes the "Golden Thread" documentation. We perform acoustic testing, air-flow balancing (for Data Centres), and final "snag-free" quality inspections.

Stage 7
Handover & Aftercare

Our Action We don't just hand over keys; we hand over a Digital O&M Manual. We walk you through every system, provide maintenance schedules for your floors and doors, and remain on-call for any post-occupancy adjustments.
